Easy 5 ingredient soup

5 Ingredient 1 Pot/InstaPot Soup

Ginger Chicken Miso Soup

1.5-2lbs Chicken Thighs

3 Cloves Crushed Garlic

1/2 A Carton of @traderjoes ginger miso broth

Cook on High Pressure for 25 minutes

Shred Chicken w/fork

Add 1 medium chopped zucchini

1 Bunch shredded chard

Leave instapot on “keep warm” put lid back on for 10 minutes (don’t put your veggies in in the beginning, they will get mushy!)

Top with avocado and whatever else your ❤️ desires
